QuestionWhat are the dimensions of this wine refrigerator? Height and width?

- Answer Dimensions are in details on website but here's what I get 17 1/4" depth, 18 1/2" width, 33" height (all with door on). It's stand alone only and should not be used as an insert. Another tip - if you hear a sporadic rubbing sound when unit is running, it's probably a misaligned fan or bearing at manufacture and exchange it for another, which should be whisper quiet when running. Great cooler! Best of luck with it.

QuestionHi, I have an insigna 29 bottles wine cooler that is not returnable I tried everything to change the temperature. Unplugged it and tried to press the arrow up while beeping, pressed the lock and arrow up. No luck. Is it defective?

QuestionHas anyone noticed their electric bill has gone up quite a bit? I was not expecting that but yes since the purchase it went up $60 from the last bill. I love the fridge but because of this I don't believe I'll be keeping it.

- Answer My bill is higher, but I think that it is due to warmer outside temperatures and my A/C running more, not due to the wine fridge. When I first loaded it (lots of bottles) it ran for many hours. You can tell it is running if the sides feel warm. But after the bottles cooled down it it was cool to the touch. I think that it runs very little during the day.

- Answer Mine makes noise when the compressor is working to cool the fridge. Yes, I can hear it, no, it's not loud enough to interrupt a conversation - but it is noticeable. Once the compressor turns off, it's totally quiet. If yours sounds like a vacuum cleaner or jet engine, yes, you should have it looked at.

- Answer I don't feel that it makes much noise. It occasionally makes some growling sounds that are actually quite funny! But the sounds are not loud. We have ours in the dining room, where I work on my computer and it doesn't bother me one bit. So I don't know if it would bother a sleeping person. It would depend on how soundly the person sleeps.
