A:AnswerI think so. I use it to connect my Thinkpad X270 to a portable 4K touch monitor. It transmits both 4K data and multitouch signals very well.
Its data rate is probably only USB-C ( 5Gps, I guess?), not thunderbolt. But I am not sure.
