A:AnswerIt sounds like the reservoir is full and needs to be drained. If youve already drained it then im not sure, but mine doesnt stay on cool when its full.
A:AnswerI run mine 24/7 just make sure you clean your filters often and keep an eye on your bucket depending on the humidity in the room you may need to dump it more then once a day
