Q: QuestionWhen i open the covering for the lower air filter to clean it, there was water visible inside of the unit behind the filter and a collection of it inside towards the front of the ac.The unit works fine but should any water be visible, even after draining?

Q: QuestionWhat is the weight of the Box?

• A:Answer I don't know the exact weight, but it is heavy. I would guess 40-50 pounds. My 17-year old son did manage to carry it upstairs by himself, though (I would have helped, but he did it before I knew he was back with it). There are handles on the sides of the box to help carry it.

Q: QuestionI live in Denver CO so not a lot of humidity at all. I just started using my AC last night and after only 5-6 hours of use it has the P1 error, walking me up out of a sounds sleep. Am I doing something wrong that I have it go off so soon?

• A:Answer When the drain tray is full, your air conditioner beeps eight times, P1 appears on the control panel display, and your air conditioner stops. Carefully move your air conditioner to a drain location, then remove the bottom drain plug and let the water drain away.

• A:Answer Yes, at least the way I have mine set, the fan stays on even when the compressor turns off at the desired temperature. It does slow down some, and you can hear when the compressor turns on and off, but we sleep with the unit operating in our bedroom, and noise hasn't been a problem for us.

Q: QuestionWhy does this AC keep changing from COOL mode to FAN mode within five minutes of me turning it on every time?? BTW Fan mode smells terrible, this is infuriating that I can't keep the AC on cool.
