- Answer No. USB hubs are not designed to charge devices, as they lack some critical circuitry to do so. If you try to plug in multiple devices to charge at once, you are putting yourself at a risk of fire. QuestionWill this work with Mac OSX 10.9.5? Why do you have links to the User Guide & Quick Setup Guide and then have them password protected? I'd like to know more before buying but all the User Guides on your website are password protected.

- Answer 10.9.5 is a very old and not supported by Apple at all and should not be used anymore. However, if you must, it will work with Mac OS 10.9.5, as support for USB hubs is a part of the spec that all USB controller chips must support.

- Answer Make sure you TV port is 3.0 otherwise , it will fail with the power delivery , also use with the power supply provided on it , not plugged to the TV alone , it need to be connected with the once connected , you can restart you Tv , year from the Menu , restart not factory reset , or stand by and , finally be sure that when is plugged ,IS ONLY THE HUB. Once it's light on , is when you plug you thinks

- Answer I found that having the hub plugged in before attaching usb cords & use the far left usb port for my external drive then the other ports. Be sure they are fully seated (plugged in).
