- Answer Yes just have your recipet from when you bought it online and it will be easy and worry free. I have never had a problem with Best Buy customer service

- Answer It will not display 100% of the same screen as a computer monitor, you lose some pixels around the edges, but it is definitely serviceable if you use it as a 2nd display or a main display if you don't need every corner displayed.

QuestionCan I use the sound bar from my old TV set?I was using a sound bar with my old set, Samsung PN43D450, which just developed the click and no picture sickness. This Insigna set has just the features I need and want but am a little concerned about buying a set online. If I can't use my sound bar will this sets sound be right for my living room?

- Answer Analog channels will be grainy, as it is the lowest standard of broadcasting the channels. Over the air channels with just an antenna will pick up HD channels and the picture is awesome!

QuestionAfter only 2 years, the left half of screen is darker than the right. Is this something that is economically fixable?It's a 46" TV and after looking through complaints on the internet, it seems to be a fairly common problem. Was so happy with the TV prior to this and now am so disappointed and soured on the Insignia brand.

QuestionCan an ethernet cable be connected to this TV? Is it a "smart tv"?

- Answer I am no longer in the same location as the TV (bought for mom), but as I recall, it does have USB. This does NOT mean it is a smart TV, inherently. But it should make it easier to spend an extra $25-$35 dollars on a Google Chromecast or Amazon Fire Stick device and have a home wireless network, then you should be able to make it act like a smart TV. I do not remember seeing a Network cable for this device. Again, you would need a third party device (Goole chromecast or similar + home wifi) to make it work. This is NOT a smart TV.

- Answer No, using it in portrait mode would void the warranty. The TV would not be able to properly vent in that position.
