Q: QuestionJust bought this tv one day ago and it will not connect to my wifi no matter what I try. The network shows up with full bars, but no matter which way I type in the correct password, the tv will not connect. Right out of the box.

• A:Answer A couple of things. Passwords and SSID are case sensitive. Also, check that the correct security settings are selected. Not that it's any consolation, but I didn't have any issues during the configuration/setup.

Q: QuestionDo you need 4K HDMI cables with this in order to view things in 4K? My PS4 won't support 4K streaming and I don't have a 4K dvd player either so I don't want to buy something not needed. Does this TV do the automatic upscale where it converts 1080 to 4K?

• A:Answer the roku built in will play 4k material. Most hdmi cables are already 4k unless you are buying some really terrible cables. it will only play resolution based on what is being used, so if your ps4 is set to 1080p that is what it will display.

• A:Answer Longevity of this tv: I've had one Insignia 42" for 8 years, working fine (Plasma). My wife has Insignia for 8 years, 32", but the built-in DVD failed in 3-4 years. We just sold our Utah Ski condo w/3 Insignias, 4 years old, all working. I would say, expect 10 years longevity if it survives the "infant mortality" past the first year. Refresh rate is 60 hz.
