QuestionHow do I release the wall mount to access the connections on back of TV?

- Answer It is fixed so you can’t. You could unscrew the set screws that hold the tv in place, plug stuff in if there is room, put the tv back up and secure with the set screws.

- Answer Vertical mounts (about 9" tall including set screw on bottom) are for the TV. Horizontal bracket (7 5/8" tall) is for the wall.

QuestionOur movers lost the screws for two of our TVs The numbers of the tv models are: NS-39DR510NA17 UN55JU6700FXZA Can you possibly help me to replace the screws or identify what screws I may be able to purchase. Thank you! Sarah

- Answer Hi Insignia Customer. Thank you for raising this concern to us. For the TV model: NS-39DR510NA17, you will need to have M4 size 16 mm length screws. However, we don't have any reference regarding the screws needed for the TV model: UN55JU6700FXZA. You may need to contact Samsung to identify the specific screws needed. The other option is to just purchase a TV Wall mount hardware kit (model: NS-HTBOLT1). Since both the Televisions are VESA compliant, this kit should have all types of screws needed for TV wall mounting and you just have to test each to identify what's compatible. I hope this helps. - Answer Can't say for sure, but I have a smaller LG TV on it. I think you'll be able to slide the holding bars around to fit.
