- Answer No I installed mine myself, it’s able to be plugged in using the included cord, the same way you would plug in a phone charger for example. It was easy and only took me a few minutes.

QuestionNew Dashcam. MEMORY CARD ERROR persists even after formatting two different (32GB & 256GB) Mini SD cards on desktop. When trying to format either card on dashcam, it says FORMATTING FAILURE. How should I proceed? Troubleshooting or replacement? TY.

- Answer 256GB cards are not supported. Try a 128 GB Class 6 or above card.

- Answer I'm not sure what you mean by recording something that has already happened, but if you want to save a recording, press the top button and it should save. Make sure you do it immediately, because it cannot be retrieved when the camera is turned off. I usually just save when park my car, before switching the ignition off.

- Answer gshock cant be turned off but the sensitivity can be lowered. autoshut off cant be turned off. about 70 hours. its more than enough
