- Answer Haven't had that problem but did have rust stains in my first one we used a cleaning brush instead of a pad and when we got the 2nd one we changed to use spring water and so far nothing

QuestionHow do you clean Machine? There’s black mold that builds up and you cannot get to the the back to clean. Is the machine safe to use once this starts happening? Am I to be concerned of health issues also the rusting from metals should I still be using?

- Answer Yeah I noticed the same thing yesterday. Ughhh...I've had mine for about year and never noticed until yesterday. The black mold is way in the back near where the ice cubes form. I'm going to trash it today.

- Answer Remove basket and fill water well but only near overflow line. Replace basket, close and press on button. Otherwise, you a defected device.

QuestionOwn this model. worked fine for 6 mos. Stopped making ice. Emptied and cleaned all visible areas. Still no ice. Fan runs and machine now only produces dozen small pebble sized ice. Is there something else that needs cleaning

- Answer Try running a mild vinegar/water solution for a half dozen ice batches. That may clear the tubes and any calcium buildup on the nubs on which the ice forms.
