A:AnswerNo, you cannot. You pour water into a ‘bucket’ in the device and it generates the ice from that water. If you switch the device off, the ice melts and is ‘recycled’ I would recommend changing the water out on a regular basis.

A:AnswerYou need to try and clean it by descaling it if you have not cleaned the machine. Then after doing this reset it. You should unplug it and leave it off for a few seconds then turn the light on to recycle it. I would also make sure the line is not stopped up with mineral deposits.
A:AnswerMine wasn't when I first got it, but now it makes a terribly loud noise. I can't find anything in the manual in the troubleshooting section, which is why I'm looking here. I've only had it a few months.
A:AnswerThe red lights mean either it needs water, or the ice tray is full, unplug it, do what it says, then back on and the red lights will be off.. I had the same problem.. I hope that works for you
