Q: QuestionI purchased this ice maker not even 3 months ago and it suddenly stopped making ice, the fan works the buttons works and it turn on but it is not producing any Ice, what could be causing this?

• A:Answer It makes 9 cubes at a time until the tray is full or out of water. Are you saying it will make that 9 cubes and that's all? If that's the case, it needs to be fixed. Make sure the water is full. There is a 'MAX' line and you can see it when the tray is removed. It's not easy to see the word MAX but it there and if you have enough light, it'll show.

Q: QuestionI've only had my ice maker for a month, it was working fine up until a week ago. Out of all the ice making prongs, only 3 of them freeze the water making ice. Does anyone have a solution or experience the same issue?

• A:Answer Most of the problems is when the ventilation is covered. Try to let the ventilation open and also dont turn it upside down to clean or so. It may get the refigeration liquid damaged or if you do let it rest for 12 hours before you use

Q: QuestionCan you use cold coffee to make coffee ice cubes? I make a frozen coffee but I'm tired of using ice cube trays to make the cubes.

• A:Answer I wouldn't, because of the oil produced by the coffee. You'd likely never get that out of the plastic tubing that refills the tank. But then, I don't drink coffee so what do I know?

• A:Answer This makes bullet style ice, which is soft (not rock hard) when its made. If you want really hard pieces of ice just throw the made ones into the freeze for an hr, otherwise the ice in drinks breaks down quicker.
