- Answer The machine has a one year warranty. Ours stopped feeding water and not getting cold enough to make cubes, so I called Insignia about the policy. I brought it back to Best Buy and they automatically exchanged it.

QuestionHow do you clean it? Like all the way in the back and all a real good deep clean? I’ve tried to use store bought cleaner and run it through but nothing seems to work and it’s still dirty. I can’t reach in the back of the machine where the cubes are made.

QuestionI had this icemaker and it stopped working I unplugged it for a couple of days and then I plugged it back in to see if it start working it did not I got it for Christmas as a present for my son I called the company they cannot replace it

- Answer This happened to me as well… got for my son for Christmas and stopped working around March. It’s apparently a Best Buy brand and supposed to have one year warranty. We just ended up buying another one and returned this broken one… will see how long this second one lasts.
