I do not recommend wasting your money on an iRobot product.
A:AnswerThe product is flawed. Regardless of the cleaner you put in, it only rubs the floor in a single direction which will eventually create streaks. If you have grout, it may push the dirt into the grout. I had to have my entire house grout clean because of this product.
A:AnswerI have travertine (or similar) tiles that have a wood grain sort of look. The Braava jet pushed the dirt in the nooks and crannies and stained the grout. I would not recommend this product.

It is very much recommended not to purchase the robot outside the country you intend to use it in. This is because the sockets could be different for the line cord, and most importantly - your warranty will be voided if you take the robot outside the country it was originally purchased from.
A:AnswerYou can set up boundaries and areas on the app. You would have the wood floor and tile floor as separate areas and tell the cleaner which area to do. They may have a single solution suitable for both types of surfaces as well-not sure.

A:AnswerDid you get an answer for this? My Braava jet m6 keeps saying to “close the lid and press clean” even if the lid clicks closed. We reached out to customer support and they told us there is nothing wrong and we are not under warranty anymore.
A:AnswerI doubt it and from what I can see it depends on the mood its in! Personally think its a terrible robot! That being said the task is in mapping the area and setting up keep out zones and thresholds! If you have the patience its possible you may get it to work

A:Answeryou go through the same like with the roomba. it will go around and make a map on the app then you separate and name them. just like when you set up the roomba vac.
