- Answer It does not prevent hair and string anymore than my E3 model. I normally pull any off when I dump the dirt tray, however I do not have a lot of long hair or strings in our house... so really is not a big issue for me.

QuestionBeing that the Navigation is camera based, will this vacuum navigate in a dark room such as my basement ( in other words no lights on at all while away at work) once the space has been fully mapped?
