- Answer You have to go to the website for J5 create. It is actually quite simple. I’ve done it for my Windows PC and my Mac with no issues. Just google j5 create driver download

- Answer The USB-C to 4-Port HDMI Adapter allows (4) additional display's to a computer. This Adapter requires an installation of a driver for functionality. Drivers are located on j5create website under the "Support" tab. However, please verify if your laptop supports multiple displays and the maximum resolution and refresh rate it can handle. Visit the manufacturer's website of your computer brand for more information on your hardware. Thank you.

- Answer Unfortunately, we do not have a device that will support 6 to 8 monitors on a single Adapter/Dock. You will need to purchase (2) JCA366 (USB-C to 4-Port HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter). The Adapter will require an installation of a driver for functionality. The best way to find out whether your graphics card supports multiple monitors is to find the name of your card (Control Panel > Device Manager). Please refer to the manufacturer of your hardware for more information on your device. Thank you.

- Answer The USB-C to 4-Port HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter will need to connect to a Thunderbolt 3 port on a Mac Mini. The connection will not work on a Thunderbolt port or a FireWire 800 port on a Mac mini (Late 2012).

- Answer The USB-C to 4-Port HDMI Multi-Monitor Adapter will not be compatible with ChromeOS. This Adapter requires an installation of a driver for functionality and is only available for Windows and Mac platforms. Thank you.

- Answer In display options, you can adjust each individual monitors settings. Also the program can recognize the size and best settings for the monitor resolution.

- Answer Yes it will be fully compatible with your connection. I've even used this with a USB-B to USB-C dongle adapter with an older laptop and it works perfectly fine.

- Answer The JCA366 requires an installation of a driver for the device to function properly. You would still need a working monitor screen for a desktop to navigate to our website to download the drivers.

- Answer The JCA366 requires an installation of a driver. We have available Beta drivers on our website with Mac computers running an M1 processor. I believe Mac Mini late 2012 does not come equipped with Thunderbolt 3 ports, therefore the HDMI Adapter will not work.

- Answer The JCA366 requires a driver. Once installation is completed, you can start connecting HDMI cables to your monitors. Please bare in mind when using the adapter, it's not intended for graphic intensive applications, such as gaming. You may run into lag or sluggish images.. If it works great but no guarantees.

- Answer We do not recommend using converters with our adapters due to signal degradation - this may or may not work. We suggest making direct connections instead.
