- Answer I purchased this item and could not get two HDMI monitors to work. I took it into Geek Squad and thought it was the device so exchanged it, opened a new one to test it out in store and the new one didn’t work either, so I had to return this and identify an alternative

- Answer Thank you for submitting a question. Unfortunately, if you are attempting to use the JCD543 for a main display, that will not work. - Answer Hello, We had a few compatibility issues with OS X Catalina upon release, but we have recently updated our drivers for 10.15.0-10.15.1. QuestionWill this item work with MacBook Pro 15in. 2016?

- Answer Yes, most of the ports on the Dock is Plug n Play but there are 3 ports (HDMI, VGA, Mic) that requires an installation of a driver. Drivers are available on j5create website under the "Support" tab > "Downloads/Drivers". Thank you.

QuestionSo I got this dock, hooked up three monitors, one with VGA and all new cables. The VGA connected monitor only seems to show up in 640x480 resolution when the product clearly states it can support 1080i through VGA. Do drivers affect this?
