We had a few compatibility issues with OS X Catalina upon release, but we have recently updated our drivers for 10.15.0-10.15.1. We are also seeing that our compatibility is fully restored with our regular drivers on 10.15.2. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance in getting this set up!

A:AnswerYes, most of the ports on the Dock is Plug n Play but there are 3 ports (HDMI, VGA, Mic) that requires an installation of a driver. Drivers are available on j5create website under the "Support" tab > "Downloads/Drivers". Thank you.
