Q: QuestionI just purchased the JBLSB570,and I tried to get it paired to my Samsung 55" Tv,thru Bluetooth, and it wouldn't connect.I don't know why,I followed all the steps it just didn't happen 🙃 for me.So I just use the HDMI(ARC),and I'm okay with that.

Please turn on the unit, press the source button, and select Bluetooth. Check your TV's Bluetooth list for the name of the soundbar. If you're having trouble connecting, try unplugging the unit for a minute, then attempt to connect again. You can also try pairing it with a different device like phone or tablet. If the issue persists, reset the soundbar by pressing and holding the power and source buttons for more than 10 seconds to restore factory settings. Q: QuestionVery confusing model nomenclature. The number might indicate it is a 2.1 channel soundbar with SW but the description calls it a 3.1 channel with SW. Can you confirm what it is exactly?
