• A:Answer The only response I have is that there were two sets of instructions for this cooktop and the installer used the set that caused the exhaust hole to be cut in the wall on the wrong side of the blower. I had to spend time and money to repair the outside wall because of the wrong set of plans being used. There was no mention in the instructions about the blower motor being designed backwards from the instruction set. The only one that should be sent with this cooktop should be the one that places the blower on the correct side. Leave the other set out!

Q: Questionare there buttons to turn on the cooktop <Dials> or is the cooktop completely smooth with the controls built into the cooktop? Also when you turn off the cooktop is it cool to the touch?

• A:Answer I can't answer this question because Best Buy sold our Jenn-Air along with ALL of our other appliances that we had paid for upfront and were being stored in their warehouse. This places our kitchen remodel in a bad way. Now we have NO APPLIANCES and the contractors are coming soon, the cabinets are being made to the dimensions for units that no longer apply, I hope who ever was given our appliances enjoys them. We still haven't gotten any response on how or IF Best Buy is going to take care of this problem. If you wanted to get our attention and install maximum stress you've succeeded. MAKE IT RIGHT BEST BUY!
