A:AnswerWe had the same problem. I initially thought it was just the pair we bought, but apparently it happens a lot. We opted to go with a different brand after the several issues we had upon purchase.
A:AnswerYou can reach out to the JVC parts store at www.store.jvc.com. I also recommend calling JVC Customer Care Center directly first (1-800-252-5722). They might be able to assist with this
A:AnswerHi Ola,
I am sorry you are having problems.
Please make sure all the connections are secure, that the charging plug is secure into both the headphone, and the wall charger. Please let it charge over night. If you have any issues after that, it may be defective some how, and need to be returned to the store.
A:AnswerWe have tested these with both iPhone 8 and iPhone X and they paired correctly. Please delete device on iPhone and try a new pairing. If that does not solve it then there may be a problem with the headphones. Thank you.
A:AnswerThe most common type of bluetooth has an effective range of 10m unobstructed with out interference. So if you put stuff in between that hinder radio frequencies or have multiple radio frequencies overlapping it can reduce that distance. It is mostly tied to the primary transmitter, so the bluetooth in the stereo system is more important than the headset in most cases.
A:AnswerThese would be better described as noise isolating (a passive process), and not noise canceling (an active process). The memory foam tips provide a good seal and reduce outside noise. They are not OSHA compliant. Thanks for asking.
