- Answer It will fit, however you will have to do a lot of modification, as cars like the 2018 altima will have a non-standard stock radio. You will not be able to properly use the backup camera without a lot of modification.

- Answer It will, however you'll need a double din kit. If you're talking about an aftermarket backup camera, then yes. However your OEM backup camera will not work without modification.

- Answer That is an Android auto thing. You can stream music and calls via Bluetooth, but for maps and other android auto it must be connected via usb.... Again it's an Android thing not a stereo
