A:AnswerFirst, if I go right now and searched online would I get an answer? So my question is, did you search online?
So your question is too vague. One set of inputs? Is the input RCAs or High Level (wired)? If the signal coming from the back of the radio/receiver is RCAs then search online (I hate laziness)how to hook up 2 amps with online 1 set of RCA outputs. But since I'm already here, some amps have a signal output that allows for hooking up a second amp, if not buy 2 sets of RCA Y adapters; 1 for left and 1 for right. If it's High Level you may be able to find something online but if not, you'll have to connect 2 of everything lol.
Note: if you didn't know this you shouldn't be working on anything electrical or that involves common sense. But BOTH amps will have to be hooked up to power, ground and a remote. RCAs and/or High Level don't transmit "power" but signal.
A:AnswerNo, it shouldn’t stay on. My first guess is that you have (typically a blue wire) the amp power wired to an always on 12v source, it should be wired to only have power when the key is on. The main power (big red wire) should be the only one that has voltage at all times.
A:AnswerThe Amp will power up the 6x9’’s nicely. I have this amp powering 2 6.5, front speakers and two 10 inch sub’s that are hooked up bridged and they thump. You can try to add them to the existing set up,I would look up how to tune the amp, or you can just power the 6x9’s and bridge them, also fine tune the amp. So you have a couple of options. Good Luck -)
A:AnswerCommon sense would tell me to measure the space my vehicle had available then look at the measurements of amps until I found one that fit best (inclusively: amp, wiring, etc).
A:AnswerThere is two separate channels. One says A. and the other B. Make sure that the rca cables collated with the same side. I used all side A. Nothing on B. Im going to use B. For another set of highs. Also. Make sure you have the right rca plugs are in the right spot on the back of the radio. Also check the ground. You could be getting a false ground. Enough to turn on the amp but not enough power to push sound. Good luck.
A:AnswerI know this is a year old but just in case someone else searches for this question . Set all gains in amp to 0 . On head unit set all eq to base line . Turn up volume the loudest u will play . Now go to your amp gains and slowly turn them up till speakers distort and quickly lower it . As for the frequency’s that is up to you on how you want your music to sound . Once you set those you can make more adjustments on your head unit .
A:AnswerFirst, this would be bridged so you would have 150w per sub...but...with that said, if you have subs that are actually 1000w RMS at 2 ohms, this won't come close to what you need.
Not sure where you got the idea for this amp...did someone recommend it? It is best suited for speakers. Another person said you need a 2 channel...well that works, but a solid Class D mono amp would be best...something that can do a 1ohm stable load would be best so you could wire your subs at 1ohm.
Being that this was asked 7 months ago, hopefully you figured something out by now.
A:AnswerTo check into plug and play amps please consult with our Best Buy installation team. They have access to vehicle information to tell you what can be installed in the easiest way.
A:AnswerThe ground is normally a 4 gauge wire, for all other wiring you can use a 8-10 gauge on the mail power wires. There are amp installation kits available through our store. You can also contact our Best Buy installation team by calling them directly to see if one is best depending on your installation.
