- Answer This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. A certified technician can replace the existing hard drive with a compatible solid state hard drive.

- Answer Haven't try WOW yet, but I saw the req of the game, I think it can handle it, because this laptop have dedicated AND Radeon R7 graphics with 512Mb, and 8gb of ram,

QuestionI see this laptop comes with 8 GB of ram. How much will it support? Can another memory module be inserted in an expansion slot or can the existing chip be removed and swapped out for an larger chip?

- Answer This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. 4GB of RAM on this model is soldered to the motherboard and not replaceable. There is one memory slot that is shipped with 4GB of RAM in it. Your certified technician can replace this card with 8GB for s system maximum of 12GB of RAM.

QuestionWhat is the SD card maximum read and write speed of this laptop? Just curious how fast it could write data to the sd card. Thinking of adding a SanDisk Extreme Pro 256gb as an alternative to an SSD. Only of course if the speed isn't capped.

- Answer Your maximum speeds from the SD card are going to be about 90 Mb/s read and write. However, the hard disk that comes with the system is actually going to hit about 100 Mb/s read/write. So an SD card is not going to serve as an alternative to an SSD. You can upgrade this system to an SSD, and it performs quite nicely when you do, but an SD card is not going to be an alternative.

QuestionI need a machine that can handle video editing and MS Office. I'm not very technical so I guess I'm looking for a machine that: 1-has a good monitor; 2-can handle the video demands and 3- also have the processing speed/power to render the video outputs

- Answer This laptop should work just fine with those requirements. MS office is no biggie and since I multitask alot on mine, I usually cast videos to the tv in high resolution at the same time as I do Powerpoint presentations etc.

- Answer I have not noticed any overheating issues with this laptop. The integrated fan seems to work quite well and it will get loud at times when you are running something like a game. The system actually comes pretty bare. In the box there is the laptop a charger and a small manual. It does come bundled with Microsoft Office software and McAffee as well as a few proprietary Lenovo apps. Otherwise it's pretty clean.

- Answer The Ideapad 320 from Best Buy is a perfect laptop for general school/streaming use. For the money, this laptop is king... but you need to upgrade to SSD hard drive. Lenovo is a great brand. They purchased IBM computers a few years back as IBM wanted to exit the consumer business and focus on servers. I have had a few Lenovo laptops with no issues on build quality. I still have one from 2011 going strong.

- Answer The processor on this system is about equivalent to a Core i7-5550U processor. It's a good processor. The integrated graphics are just a touch better than the integrated graphics on intel processors. It may work, but if you need to have a lot of graphics power you might want to consider a different system with a discreet graphics card.

- Answer Yes, some lighter games should have no problem on this system. You may have to reduce the graphics a little bit, but it can handle many games. CS-GO should run like a champ, although I haven't tried it. I also think this system would handle Rocket League just fine. I have run World of Warships, Mad Max, Supreme Commander Forged Alliance all on this system
