QuestionThe previous 10 inch model was able to output with HDMI via USB adapter 1080p but only at 30 hertz. Can this newer model do better than that? Like 1080p at 60 hertz instead? Or even better? I really would like to use external monitors occasionally.

Check with the USI Pen manufacturer for palm-rejection capability of the specific USI pen you choose. The Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 5 Chromebook ships with a 13.3 inch (screen size measured diagonally) OLED - FHD (1920x1080) 10-point Multi-touch screen, with a brightness level of 400 nits, a refresh rate of 60Hz, a Glossy finish. This screen provides 100 Percent DCI-P3 color gamut for excellent color accuracy.

It does ship with a Dual Voltage, 30W USB-C (2-pin, wall-mount) AC adapter/charger with a USA compatible wall side plug. To use this Chromebook outside the USA, you will need to add a compatible wall side plug adapter, compatible with the country that this Chromebook will be used in. This wall side adapter is sold separately.

- Answer No, it doesn't have a USB-C to headphone adapter. In the box was the tablet, the detachable keyboard (which covers/protects the screen when folded closed) and a back magnetic cover that can be bent flat/out to be used as a stand, and a charger - that's it.

- Answer I've seen this answer on Amazon - and of course, I've seen this concept go back for decades. Essentially, computer selling companies (Lenovo, Dell, whoever) will often sell unique versions of their products for large retailers to be the sole retailer of. It's why, while you can search for this on Amazon, it was likely sold by a re-seller, since it's not for sale right now. (It has low reviews on there also at the time of this writing.) You can find this on Newegg - again, via reseller (and marked up to over $600! So, this is an absolute steal right now). Even on Lenovo's site, the 4GB/64GB version is like $479. I will also say that - by giving unique products to individual retailers, it does make it harder to do a price-(at one place-to-price (at other place) exact comparison, so it benefits the retailers as well. In this case, Best Buy's version isn't even sold at the manufacturer's store. However, the warranty certainly applies, just like any other manufacturer's made product. But, I can assure you, as I just bought one and have played with it quite a bit - this is an absolute steal, for the amount of RAM and storage, for the included keyboard and stand, and for the generous OLED screen.
