- Answer The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 2.3 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer w/ NFC Tag On, Model # WM1388HW, like any other major appliance like a dryer, refrigerator, or air conditioner has to be plugged into its own individual (dedicated) electrical outlet which has a voltage rating that matches the rating plate. Failure to do so may result in fire, electric shock or malfunction. You cannot use adapters or extension cords with it. You will need a separate outlet for the dryer...^IFV

QuestionDoes a ventless dryer take a long time to dry clothing? I found one by another manufacturer that takes 2 hours to dry!

- Answer The drying time is comparable to other dryers I’ve owned. I suspect if someone is experiencing long drying times, it’s because their condensation tank has not been emptied out. The instruction manual indicates this must be done EVERY LOAD to ensure optimal drying.

- Answer If you are having to empty the water from the LG 2.3 cu. ft. Capacity 24” Compact Front Load Washer w/ NFC Tag On, Model # WM1388HW then it means that the filter is clogged and water is unable to drain properly. The drain filter needs to be checked periodically to ensure that it is not clogged with lint or foreign objects. There shouldn't be any water in the dryer at all and the only way there is water in the dryer is if you load wet clothes into into and the heat from drying does not evaporate the water...^IFV

QuestionI am interested in your lg 2.2 cu ft washer model wm1388hw. The specs says it is 25 1/4 deep. My space is 25 1/4 deep. My current machine I am replacing is 21 1/2 from the rear of the machine to the front of the door. The width is no problem.

- Answer The W x H x D dimensions for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 2.3 cu. ft. Model # WM1377HW are: 24”x 33 1/2”x 25 1/4”. 1" clearance on all sides of the washing machine are needed for water lines, the drain line, and airflow. ^CP

- Answer Yes it will stack. Make sure they test your unit before they leave as I recently had two defective washers delivered to me. One leaked on startup after delivery and the second vibrated wildly even when loaded properly.
