    • Answer The size of the screws for mounting are M4. The length of the screws is determined by the thickness (depth) of the Wall Mount that you use. This TV should be mounted using VESA Mounting interface pattern 100 x 100. ^Daphane

  • QuestionThis TV screen seems to tilt forward a little bit because of the way the feet are made. Is that normal or have I got the feet screwed on incorrectly?

    • Answer On the bottom of the TV and legs each is marked with either an L or R. Check to make sure you have them in the right place- R with R- L with L. Do you have the TV on a flat surface? My TV does not lean forward.

The TV comes with an AC/DC Adapter that has an AC power input voltage of 100 ~ 240V that has to be plugged into 3-prong grounding 120 VAC, 60Hz outlet. The TV has 2 x HDMI inputs that you can connect external devices to such as a Blu-ray Player or other devices that connect via HDMI ports.     • Answer How do you have the LG 28 inch Class HD TV (27.5'' Diag), Model # 28LM400B-PU connected to your Cox mini box? Some cable set-top boxes can be connected via a coaxial connector or via an HDMI out. The TV has an F-Type 75-Ohm, Coaxial Connector on the side and an HDMI Input in the back that you can connect your mini box to depending on what connections it has. You need to make sure that your TV is set to the correct input that the mini box is connected to so you can view the signals from it.
