- Answer The sound profile and the volume of the subwoofer can be adjusted through the LG Sound Bar app. You should check it out! You'll be able to solve your problem and tweak several other settings as well.

QuestionWill it connect easily to an LG curved 65" TV, 65EG9600, using an optical audio cable? How good is the dialogue sound quality, e.g., voices in movies at low volume?

- Answer Voice level is very good and even better if you use the night mode as it enhances the voice levels. The optical should be a straight plug and play solution for you.

- Answer Yes, as long as your CD player has an optical output, meaning a spid/toslink output. This sound bar does not have an aux. If your CD player has an optical output/toslink output, you can connect the CD player through that. I doubt your CD player has the ability to connect to an external speaker source via Bluetooth, but of it does, that is an option.

QuestionIf I connect the LG 3.1.2 Soundbar to my LG UP7670 television, will the volume be controlled by my TV remote or will I have to use the included remote? Or maybe better stated, will the Soundbar volume sync with the volume of my tv?

- Answer This soundbar plays very nice with the paired TV. Sound varies over each connection, but sync audio is possible. Use over an ARC hdmi connection works and sounds best, especially if Dolby Atmos is the goal.

QuestionWill the volume adjustment of this soundbar display onscreen (OSD) as NUMBER VALUES on my 48" LG C1 OLED TV? I bought the LG SN4A and the OSD for volume adjustment only shows a [+/-] graphic, no numerical value. I want to be certain before I "upgrade".

QuestionI just purchased this to go with a LG C1 tv. The tv will be hung on the wall. Do I need to purchase a separate soundbar mount to attach to the tv mount for the soundbar, or does the included wall mount work the same?

- Answer LG 75UM8070PUA has LG Sound Sync, Digital Audio Output (Optical) and Bluetooth support. The issue with not having eARC maybe the inability of the TV to support 4K Passthrough (HDCP 2.3). QuestionOn 9/23 I had a new LG OLED TV installed with this sound bar. The sound is slightly off the picture and annoying when you watch people talking on TV. Is this a TV issue or is the sound bar not in synch with the TV? How is this corrected?

- Answer Mine did that as well. I turned on bypass under the advanced sound settings and it fixed the issue.

QuestionI use my Firestick remote to control my LG TV. Will I also be able to control this soundbar with the same remote?

- Answer I have my LG Sound Bar connected to my LG 77" OLED Smart TV via the HDMI connection and I use my Roku remote to control my TV and my LG Sound Bar. I think most of the TV controls are controlled by bluetooth but the on/off and volume are controlled via infrared. So you have to point the remote at the the TV when you are turning the TV on/off or changing the volume. Otherwise all the other remote options are bluetooth and the remote does not have to be pointed at the TV.

- Answer According to LG's support center it cannot and there is no timetable to fix this issue. It is solidly my least favorite part of this product and is very upsetting that they don't show it in any of the product pictures.

- Answer Absolutely 2.1 compatible run 1 hdmi cable(2.1 a must) from TV(eARC) to soundbar(eARC) then run 1 hdmi cable(again 2.1 a must) from soundbar to other device i.e. NVIDIA shield-PS5-Series X etc and you will have 4k@120HZ with full HDR/DOLBY VISION/DOLBY ATMOS this setup with my PS5 or Series X sounds and looks AMAZING

QuestionAnyone know if the surround speaker kit SPK8-S is compatible with this SP8YA sound bar? If yes, can you connect directly to sound bar's wifi signal instead of your own local wifi?

- Answer It is 100% compatible. I purchased them for my SP8YA. The rear speakers never prompted me to join my Wifi network. I turned them on and they instantly connected to the soundbar.
