Q: QuestionWe want to use these stacked. My wife is 5’2”;and concerned about reaching the controls. Does the WiFi connectivity allow her to run the dryer from an app or with an iPad?

Q: QuestionI purchased this last year with Best Buy install. The washer drain hose was too short to reach my home drain. The installers left it installed incorrectly and advised us to extend it with another hose and c-clips. Washer hose now leaks. Please advise!

Q: QuestionDoes the dryer have an external vent?

• A:Answer The dryer vent is located on the top of the unit. The exit port is combined with the lint trap and the exhaust goes into the room. It's an issue if you live in a hot climate and you're doing a load in the middle of the day. The AC is competing with the dryer.

Q: QuestionWhen using the bright white cycle, I noticed the bleach go in during the start of the rinse. Is that normal ? What if I wanted to use fabric softener too? Will they both go in at the same time and mix during the rinse?
