QuestionI placed an order early last week, and was told it would be shipped to the store by Friday 5/14. I was then delayed, provided no timeline to arrival. Store told me they have no idea on ETA. What gives, and why would it let me order if it can't fulfill??

QuestionIf you bought the protection plan that covers burn-in….you use this as a pc monitor for 12 hours a day 7 days a week and you got burn-in. Is it still covered if used for a pc monitor? Or is there a weird rule about pc use?

QuestionI returned a Samsung 50" AU8000 because the screen was too dark in dark scenes to the point you couldn't make out detail. Are there similar issues with this TV? Samsug tech support told me this happens on all new tvs.
