A:AnswerGreat question. Because none informs you of these issues before you buy. In my case the answer was that LG tv does not connect to all wifi internet providers. It is a smart tv so it seemed to connect to some but not all apps and channels. My internet service is Spectrum. The tv did not respond to or read spectrum signals. I had to connect an apple box of some sort to the back of the tv to pick up spectrum signals. It is a pain very frustrating. I wish I knew this before I bought the tv but I am not sure there is anything I could have done different but it was infuriating to buy a new tv and when it didn’t work spectrum said call Best Buy and Best Buy said call spectrum. Why didn’t either know about the limitations of smart tvs. The apple box comes in a range of prices uo to over 200. Good luck!
A:AnswerYes, we would recommend you remove it, as it's there for protection from scratches during shipping and unboxing. The TV film was designed to be removed so that heat could dissipate through the back of the TV. Leaving the film there will add an insulation layer that could cause the screen to degrade quicker than it's supposed to, and you're running the risk of it becoming rather firmly attached and distorted by heat. We would suggest unplugging the unit before removing the film. -Cazz
A:AnswerHi Bruce! Standard, Clear Voice, or Sports sound modes will have lower bass than AI Sound Pro, Cinema, or Game sound modes. Also, going to Settings > General > AI Acoustic Tuning, running a test and choosing Treble Boost can lower the bass as well. ^Chris
A:AnswerYou don’t have to wall mount. In the picture of the TV, you can see what is included. It is a base that the TV sits on. We use this and seems to work fine.

A:AnswerTypically, open-box items are goods returned by customers, inspected by the retailer, found to be in working order, and re-sold at a discount, rather than returned to the manufacturer. ^Chris
