Q: QuestionIt was said to use the Settings button on the Control panel to be able to set a wash to soak, when someone previously asking about the ability to soak. I do not see a settings button on the picture of the control panel. Can someone from LG clarify?

Q: QuestionI scanned the QR code and it says this model isn't supported. I try to add it without the QR code and it says to hold the Delay-Start for 3 seconds but it does nothing. There is no WiFi symbol on the button. The model is WM3470CW so it's the right model.

To assist with the drainage, we recommend cleaning the dispenser drawer to remove any residue that may have accumulated over time. To remove the drawer, simply open it fully and then pull it out while pressing down on the [PUSH] button located in the center of the dispenser assembly. Once the drawer is removed, you can clean it and the various compartments using a soft toothbrush and lukewarm water to ensure all paths are clear. After cleaning, reassemble the parts and slide the drawer back into the unit. To ensure sufficient clearance for water inlet hoses, drain hose, and airflow, you need to allow minimum clearances of at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) at the sides and 4 inches (10 cm) behind the washer. You will also need to be sure to allow for wall, door, or floor moldings that may increase the required clearances....^Ivan.
