A:AnswerDelivery and install were additional fees. I had them deliver it (an extra $60, but worth it for them to haul it, carry it in the house and down the steps to the basement) and the took out my old one and disposed of it. Very fast and efficient.
I installed it myself as you just need to remove the shipping bolts, hook up the water and place your drain hose in the sink, and put it in place. But, not everyone is comfortable doing that themselves. Might be worth the expense to have them do it, if you choose.
Right now, there are some very good deals at BB for 4th of July sales. that would probably cover the delivery and setup.
