  • QuestionWe purchased this model last December (2023). It washes great and the capacity is fantastic, but the functionality of the dial to select the type of load you want is no longer functioning. Does this model have a 1 year manufacturer guarantee?

    • Answer I am the person who submitted this question. I wanted to let whomever answered this question that their advice to view the troubleshooting link worked great. A simple unplugging of the wall outlet, followed by holding the power button for 5 seconds, then the pause button for 5 seconds, then plugging the wall outlet back in worked perfectly. Upon powering up again, the Dial now displayed all the available cycle options. Many thanks!

    • Answer They range anywhere from 26 mins to hour and a half. Depending on what wash cycle you choose. Normal cycles run about 30 mins, heavily soiled cycle runs about hour and a half.

    • Answer The initial filling is EXTREMELY loud- as well as subsequent adding of water to spinning cycles. it is located on the first floor and laundry room door needs to remain closed while washing :(

    • Answer Yes you can. You can either put the power detergent in the dispenser or directly in the drum. I hear putting the piwder in the drum is beyter for the washer, that way you dont clogg the tubes of the washer.
