QuestionI updated the software on this TV and it says no more updates. Yet when I hook up my Xbox One S it says my TV does not support HDR 10 for gaming or video. I also have the picture mode on HDR Effect...nothing. How do I fix this? Thank you.

- Answer There is a setting in the "General" settings options (it should be in the "Picture" settings) that is called "HDMI Ultra HD Deep Color. It is off by default and you have to enable it for each HDMI input. - Answer Yes it does. The caption button is located directly under the red power button in the upper left of your remote.

- Answer I have used VideoSecu and Cheetah mounts with 43" and 49" TVs. I am currently using VideoSecu MW380B2 with this LG TV and I have the TV tilted at almost a 90 degree angle from the wall it is mounted at.

QuestionCan you use an amazon firestick with this tv? I can't really tell where the USB port is located. The remote for firestick has to be able to "See" the senor.

- Answer USB port is located to the side of the TV. The Fire Stick will be somewhat hidden so you won't have direct line of sight. The TV has a lot of the Fire Stick Apps built into it, so you really don't need it.

- Answer I have both models. I can't tell the difference. Blog posts indicate electronic chip sets may be improved. Same performane either way.

- Answer There is an LG remote app you can download from either the Apple or the Google Play store. Works well, the only negative is that it can't be used to turn the TV on.
