A:AnswerHello there, JamesP. Thank you for reaching out with your question.
We understand your concern regarding the mention of a "Temperature Probe" feature in the LG LSGS6335F range, especially since the model does not actually come with one. The reference to the temperature probe is an error in the feature description. It seems that there was a mix-up in the listing. As you pointed out, the product specifications clearly state "Food Temperature Probe: No," which indicates that this model does not have a built-in temperature probe.

A:AnswerVanessa's answer didn't answer the question. She simply copy/pasted it from the LG database. The rack she described is not the one that came with the oven. As can be seen from the attached photo there are no glides. This is clearly a feature that was changed or added for this oven without updating the database and oven manual. No one at LG appears to know the answer to this simple question.
A:AnswerI'm sorry I've not ever used the middle burner...yet, but I imagine you can use it for most anything...I personally think it would be a hindrance to use other burners at the same time though...
A:AnswerLet us help you with that! Please send us a private message on Facebook or Twitter using @LGUSSupport and include #VOC, your contact info and we can expedite a resolution for you. Thank you. ^Venette
A:AnswerMy wife makes her own pizza from scratch. However so far she's only cooked a thick rectangular frozen pizza in the oven twice, once using regular bake and once using convection mode. With the 2nd baking she increased the temp but reduced the cooking time. The crest was very crispy but some of the outside edges of the pizza were slightly overcooked. There's a learning curve to this oven. Pizza should also be baked on a middle or lower rack position, either right on the rack or on a pan or pizza stone. Your choice. We're finding out this is a great oven for baking and roasting.
No idea what you mean by proper heat transfer with the rear burner. When you read this answer it would be helpful to clarify.
A:AnswerRegrettably, the owner's manual does not specify if the oven has to be in use for the control lock to be activated. Please seek help on the forums on https://www.facebook.com/LGUSA; they are a great resource for getting help from other LG customers. Thank you. ^Daphane
