A:AnswerI have the same problem. I called customer service and they told me to unplug and reset. I had a burn mark on my hand from touching the handle of the microwave safe bowl i had put in there. My food is cold most of the time too!
A:AnswerIt actually isn't complicated - put food in, set time, set power, hit start, wait, take food out, and eat :-)
The more delicate the food, the lower the power needed; the higher the quantity, the higher the power needed.

A:AnswerThis is a counter top model and not designed to be installed above the oven. It needs to be vented properly i.e. the side vent opening of the unit should not be blocked so that moisture generated during cooking can escape. However in my personal opinion if you have large enough area above your oven such that this microwave has plenty of room to allow moisture to vent out it will work and not affecting the longevity of the microwave
A:AnswerThat's not a setting, that's a fault. It means there is a problem with one of the interlock switches. You should get the unit fixed as soon as possible.
A:AnswerThe general warranty is for one year, the magnetron warranty is for 10 years. I should point out that, as I learned recently, warranties are only as good as the local repair shops covering the warranty. In my case, in the whole metropolitan area there were only two, neither of which offered particularly good quality.
