Large Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Front Load Washer, Model # WM9500HKA does have a heating element that is designed to boost the hot water temperature. Your hot water temperature should be set at 120 – 135 °F (48 – 57 °C) and the cold at 60 °F (15 °C). The heating element cannot raise the water temperature from cold to hot, it only boosts the hot water temperature...^IFV

- Answer No it is not, the bolting mount and closed locking mechanism are fix. The unit does open from right to left.

QuestionDoes this washer have a magnetic door stopper to keep the door propped open like the TurboWash? Does it have FreshCare to prevent wrinkles if wash is left in for a few hours after completed cycle?

- Answer For your first question, the answer would be a "yes." Once you close the door, it'd never be opened by itself (unless you open it.) We usually leave the door open for the washer to dry out though (to prevent mold from building up.) We left the items in the washer for a few hours a few times but didn't notice any wrinkles after we dry those.

- Answer Hi there Kim. Thanks for reaching out. Wool garments should be washed on the wool setting(usually gentle action at 40C) If your washing machine does not have a wool cycle, use the cold water wash or wash cycle for delicates. Use a neutral, mild detergent that is preferably Woolmark recommended(Look for the Woolmark symbol on the packet). `Jai.

- Answer Yes you can add a garment durin the cycle. Just hit the pause button the machine will unlock and you can add the garment. Hit start again - it will start where it left off. Hit the pause button.

- Answer The washer door is not reversible. The door of a washing machine cannot be reversed to open the opposite way. The direction in which a washing machine's door opens cannot be changed due to electrical parts in the machine which cannot be moved. The door on dryer model DLEX9500K is reversible. ^Daphane

QuestionAt 239 lbs, will the unit roll on the floor, away from the wall, if needed, with an LG matching pedestal beneath it?

- Answer Not easily. The unit is heavy. We decided not to get the pedestal and had a built pedestal to place out set on. Past experience with the pedestal and shifting while running and some difficulty moving at least the washer made it difficult. Without the pedestal out does move OK, not easy, but we have ours in a fairly tight space, 8" built and tiled pedestal with cabinets above. Hope that helps.
