QuestionIs there a slight lip around the oven or does it fit flush with the wall? If not is there a way to have it out from the wall and have a lip between? The installation is going into a brick kitchen wall and I would prefer a lip around it.

- Answer The oven will need to be connected to Wi-Fi. The appliance supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks only. To check your network frequency, contact your Internet service provider or refer to your wireless router manual. ^Daphane

Questionhow do glider racks come out without scraping the inside? Tore up 1st oven trying to move them. 2nd oven replacement was just delivered. Glider racks are the same and we cannot install for fear of scraping up inside again when they are moved.
