A:Answer Sergio, you can download language packs and keyboard layouts directly on most any version of Windows 10. I am Hungarian and my husband is Spaniard and we have the ability [through Windows 10] to have the existing U.S. keyboard follow the selected country's keyboard layout. There are tons of articles online on how to do this. As for the keyboard itself, it made default for the U.S. and I did not see a Spanish version available through Best Buy.
