QuestionCan I program this to work with electronics that I no longer have the remotes for? Dog ate the soundbar remote.

- Answer It should with no problems. If you are just looking to control the sound bar this would be an expensive solution. If you want to control your entire AV system this should meet your needs. I use mine to control the TV, the Sound Bar, the Cable Box, and the DVD. This remote can be configured to do what you want to do by just selecting one item on the touchscreen. For example to watch TV I just select that. The remote turns on the TV, The Cable Box, and The Sound Bar. When watching TV the remote controls the channel and the volume just by using the buttons on the remote.

QuestionWhat is the charge for the programming of this unit in my home?

- Answer It's really pretty easy to set up. Once you download the software, the graphics and layout are easy to follow. The hardest part is getting all the model numbers from your devices and how they are exactly hooked up. After that, it's a snap! If you make a mistake and it doesn't work, try modifying the hookup. Like maybe you dint use HDMI1, maybe it's HDMI 2, etc.
