QuestionIs this keyboard compatible with "Unifying" receivers? To be compatible with the "unifying" receiver it must have the "Unifying" logo on the bottom of the keyboard. The logo looks a bit like a star and is sometimes orange and near the model number.

- Answer Yes it is. It comes with one Unifying Receiver. I'm currently using this keyboard and a Logitech M510 together with a single Unifying Receiver for my work from home setup and I like the convenience.

- Answer Hello Jayboy! The K270 Wireless Keyboard should definitely work with your Toshiba Desktop yes, as long as you have a free USB port to connect the Unifying Receiver in.

- Answer Hello, the product dimensions are as follows: 5.87 x 0.71 x 17.36 inches it is compatible with your Dell laptop if running Windows OS 7 or newer. It also requires a USB port to connect the wireless USB dongle for connectivity.

- Answer Hello. The K270 will work with an Apple computer, but it has the Windows specific keys at the bottom. The Windows button will essentially become the CMD key for the Mac.

- Answer Hello, YgEhr! Unfortunately, Best Buy no longer carries the K520 keyboard. However, they do carry the newest version but it is sold as combo mouse and keyboard. This will be the MK540 here https://www.bestbuy.com/site/logitech-mk540-full-size-advanced-wireless-scissor-keyboard-and-mouse-bundle-black/6215118.p?skuId=6215118. It is very similar to the K520 but has an updated look. - Maggie from Logitech

QuestionWhat are the switches like inside the K270 keyboard? I love the feel of how it types and I'm trying to find a simliar key switch for my mechanical keyboard.

- Answer Hello, jimmyjohnson! The K270 is a membrane keyboard, so it does not have any mechanical switches. The only thing I could say is to keep an eye out for any mechanical switches labeled Linear (Logitech Romer-G Linear, Logitech GL Linear, Cherry MX Black, Cherry MX Red, etc) in the PC Gaming peripherals section. These should feel similar but won't feel the same as the K270 since the K270 is a membrane keyboard.

- Answer Hi Sara, The K270 does have a low power mode when not in use. By turning off your K270 when not in use, you can prolong the time between changing batteries greatly. Still, the expected time is between 24-36 months depending on the computing conditions and use.

- Answer Hello, the keyboard connects to your computer not the mouse. If you are asking if they both use the Logitech Unifying receiver, yes they are both compatible. - Answer Hello WildBill. Since rechargeable batteries do not actually give the full amount of voltage, some devices will act up as if it has a low battery even if the rechargeable is fully charged. Our keyboards and mice that require AA or AAA batteries work best with Alkaline disposable batteries.

- Answer its membrane,. mechanical boards are usually around $100. I have both kinds. I only bought this for my wife due to space constraints. Stick with mechanical.
