QuestionI just bought the Logitech M310 mouse at a Best Buy store near where I live. When I tried to use it for the first time it connected but suddenly stopped working. Also when I turn it on, it turns off 30 seconds after and won't work anymore.

- Answer it is the mouse's receiver and they're paired to a specific frequency; if your mouse has a reset button for a receiver, it may be able to find a new receiver, but I've never seen the receivers sold by themselves. Think about it - if any mouse worked with any receiver, one mouse would be able to control all of the computer cursors within 15 or so feet in an office area.

- Answer The Logitech M310XL (and the M310) does not support Bluetooth connectivity. It uses a 2.4 GHz wireless connection through the included Plug-and-Play Nano receiver, so you need a USB port to connect the mouse to your computer. You do not need internet for the M310XL to work. The mouse simply connects to your computer wirelessly via the receiver, without requiring Wi-Fi or any other internet connection. Just plug the Nano receiver into your computer’s USB port, and it will work as long as your computer has a functioning USB port.
