QuestionAll keyboards I use have jammed with myfast typing. How fast can one type on this keyboard? Hp, Microsoft and Lenovo keyboards have been awful. Ihave to spend so much time correcting all thewords jammed against each other.

- Answer The numbers are the connections for it. Your mac is probably using the number 1 so that is the reason it isn't connecting.

QuestionWhy does the keyboard and mouse continually disconnect while on bluetooth, even while in use, and eventually reconnect? It is new and in its first day of use. If it doesn't get corrected, it will be its last day of use.

- Answer Unpair the devices and pair them again. Also electronic interference can affect the connectivity (rarely) and distance as it's only good for up to 10ft away. If problem persists, exchange it. It's a great unit, this issue is not common.

- Answer Hello Cesar, the mouse included with the MK850 does have forward and back buttons. By default they are the buttons next to where your thumb rests on the side of the mouse.

- Answer I think you use Logitech Options or a unifying app to set up the USB dongle with different Logitech products (keyboard and mouse).

- Answer Yup, work seamlessly. Have #1 configured for Mac and #2 configured for Windows. As you wanna switch, Hit 1 or 2 and its that easy.

- Answer Go into your computer.... Control Panel settings. You should find one that controls the mouse. Pointers options will give you the modifications you need. Love this new keyboard !

To do a Print Screen with the MK850 Performance Full-size Wireless Optical Keyboard and Mouse, proceed as follows: -Press "FN + Insert" to do the print screen -Open the "Paint" software -Press "Ctrl + V" to paste the image of your print screen -Click File and then Print, or save the image and insert it into a document like Word in example, and print from there. - Answer To the best of my knowledge the device buttons cannot be disable per se, however since it is a true bluetooth connection you can disable the bluetooth connection on the other PC's.

- Answer Hello, The Logitech MK850 mouse and keyboard combo can pair to up to 3 devices vis Bluetooth or Unifying USB receiver. Pressing the white #1,2 or 3 keys will switch between the three inputes. If the #1 key is blinking, it is in pairing mode. Holding down one of these keys sets the keyboard into pairing mode, you will want to either go to your device's Bluetooth settings to connect the keyboard via Bluetooth, or connect to the Unifying receiver through Logitech "Options" or "Unifying" software.
