Q: QuestionShould I turn off the keyboard and pop key mouse whenever not in use or do the devices automatically do that? Also very silly question but how do you copy and paste with this keyboard? CTRL + C and +V are not working.

• A:Answer Hey there! You can manually power off the devices or customize the inactivity timing through the Logi Options+ software so that the devices goes inactive when ever you want it to. About the Copy/Paste, if the keyboard fails to correctly detect the operating system of a device, you can manually select the operating system by performing a long press (3 seconds) of a function key combination. For Windows/Android, the combination keys are fn+P and for MacOSX/iOS, it is fn+I.

• A:Answer Hello! The POP Keys Wireless Mechanical Tactile Keyboard for Windows/Mac with Customizable Emoji Keys will definitely work with the Google Pixel. As for the LG Smart TV, the OS used on those TV's (WebOS) is not listed as a compatible OS with the POP Keys Keyboard unfortunately. It may still work, but we cannot guarantee it. Here's a full list of compatible OS: Windows® 10,11 or later macOS 10.15 or later iPadOS 13.4 or later iOS 11 or later Chrome OS Android 8 or later

• A:Answer Hello, HappyMum! As long as your Chromebook has Bluetooth, it will pair with the Chromebook. The USB receiver that comes with the Pop Keys will also work on Chromebook. Either way you choose to use the Pop Keys you won't be able to use the Emoji keys as you can't download our Logitech Options software on Chrome OS. - Maggie from Logitech
