QuestionHas Anyone had any issues with the StreamCam stuttering or screen tearing? I can't seem to get it to display a clear image that doesn't "jump" all over the place, as in it has a bunch of pixels or pieces of the screen 'tear' into the frame.

- Answer Hello, you would be able to install Logitech Capture software on your PC running Windows or macOS. This software will allow you to record video that saves directly to the HDD.

QuestionCan I use this StreamCam Plus camera on the same PC that I already have a Brio webcam installed? I have tried to install two Brios on the same PC and have been told that will not work, which I have proven with my attempts. Logi Capture only sees one.

- Answer Hello Techteacher34, yes, the streamcam plus webcam can be used with microsoft teams and proctor u software. Just make sure the streamcam plus is selected in the user settings.

- Answer There is an option to get an alert when it comes in. I got an alert today and ordered one within a few minutes. Checked five minutes after I ordered and they were all sold out again. You have to be fast to get a web cam these days.
