QuestionThe first time I pulled in and tried to use the mouse keyboard I was able to put in my pin to unlock my pc but then the cursor disappeared and the keyboard quit working and hasn’t worked since, I’ve tried on multiple pc’s. What could the issue be?

- Answer Maybe try with a different mouse/ keyboard and make sure all of the drivers are up to date

QuestionIs this a low-quality keyboard intended to be disposable? I have owned this combo for 1 year and it isn't holding-up well. Some key labels have worn-off and one of the rubber footpads lost adhesion. The mouse has had a squeaky scroll wheel since day 1.
