• The Surface Pro 6, as far as configs available by Best Buy are concerned, do not have an IMEI or SIM card included, nor a slot available. For a Surface device with that available, I'd recommend the Microsoft Surface Pro 6 (2017 - 5th generation) - Intel Core i5 - 8GB RAM - 256GB SSD - WiFi + 4G LTE.
