- A:Answer Yes, sort of. Like any Windows computer, it comes with basic apps that utilize a touch display, which the surface has. If you buy the pen, it will have some pretty marvelous drawing capabilities. But if you are doing serious work, you will probably want an editing application. You can check out some freeware apps, such as GIMP.

- A:Answer No more difficult than any other new computer. Physically, there's not much to do other than plug in the power and connect the optional keyboard. The Windows 10 setup is the same as you would find on any system. Most external devices are attached through wifi or bluetooth, which would be the same for any other laptop device.
