“I have a Noika that uses a micro SIM card. I see the Moto G Power takes a nano SIM card. Will I need a new SIM card with ATT as my carrier?”

My old phone used the Micro SIM card (the middle size of the three). That particular card (and I assume most are similar) was 3-in-1 ... a nano embedded in a micro embedded in a full size. To use the smaller sizes, you (carefully) break off the surrounding plastic and volia - you have a smaller card! The design of the card has to support that - you'll see lines outlining the smaller card if it does. That process worked for me, and I just put the old card in the new phone and was good to go. If it doesn't work, you just get a new card.

Yes will need a new sim card. Besides the different size of sim card. It's best they have the most current sim card and register so you won't have any issues when cutting over to the new phone. You can verify all the features work properly.

Yes, they may be able to replace it with a Nano SIM card to fit in the phone's SIM slot. -Jess
