The Moto G Power has VoLTE which works through your carrier. There are several phone over Wi-Fi options, so I don't know yours. VoLTE is voice over Wi-Fi simultaneous with Internet (email, browser, etc) usage. VoLTE is voice and Internet usage. Think carefully. With VoLTE your voice is using Wi-Fi Internet which is probably free, but in addition gobbling up voice Data GB instead of calling minutes. VoLTE feature can be turned on or off. The phone processor sips power and speed is above average. Moto G Power probably works well unless you need intensive game play. The smartphone works with all carriers up to 4G AKA 4LTE, Buffering is up to the broadcaster, transmission, and player app. One video review test of HD at full brightness over Wi-Fi at over 18 hours.
