QuestionIs the mousepad supposed to make a rattling sound when you tap it or should it just make a solid thud sound? I know it's a weird question but this would be my second return if this really is an issue.

- Answer Mine does a normal sounding click near the bottom left and right of the mousepad when pressing to left or right click. No real rattle though.

QuestionI just recently bought this laptop. It runs good and all but for some reason, whenever i turn it on, the msi true color pops up on the bottom right and then the light bar turns off but they keyboard light stays on. How do i keep the light bar on?

- Answer Hi there, If you have the last version of steel series which is 3.1.0... you should delete it because it has problems.....currently, the are working to fix it......download old version 3.20.0
